In late August singer and artist Ellie Goulding was spotted in our own downtown Las Vegas! Shooting for her new music video for the song “On My Mind,” Ms. Goulding shot several scenes in the El Cortez hotel and casino and even rode a horse down Fremont Street! Director Emil
